Postage — We will dispatch your order within 1 - 4 working days of confirmation. UK orders are normally delivered within 2 - 6 working days and international orders within 10 to 14 working days depending on customs. Please note that during busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer, so please allow for this, or e-mail us before ordering to confirm the delivery date if your order is urgent.
If your order is urgent please let us know as we may be able to prioritise your order. Do e-mail us to check delivery times before you place your order if it is urgent.
All packages are sent either Parcelforce, 24 hours first class delivery, 48 hours delivery or Royal Mail registered post (special delivery) and will require a signature on delivery (depending on your chosen delivery method requested at the checkout). If you are unable to sign for your package it will be held at your local sorting office or with the courier company.
Postage and Delivery Details
UK orders are sent by Parcelforce or Royal Mail. Royal Mail Recorded delivery charged at £6.00 1st Class, or £5.00 2nd class, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery/Next Day Service charged at £8.00 including VAT. Parcelforce courier service is either 24 or 48 hours signed for delivery and is £7 and £8 respectively
Northern Ireland we send via Parcelforce 24 hours £8.00 and 48 hours £7.00 Aire orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and are charged at £12.00
- Orders sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will require a signature. Items sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery can take up to 7 working days to be delivered during busy periods, however they usually arrive within 1-3 days. Items posted 2nd class Recorded Delivery can take between 3 and 10 working days to arrive.
- Orders sent via Special Delivery will require a signature. Items sent via Special Delivery will be delivered the next working day after your order is ready for dispatch. Posting times to some parts of Scotland are not guaranteed by Royal Mail as next day delivery. Please e-mail us or call us if you require your order urgently.
- Items sent by 'International Signed For' may take up to 28 days to be delivered. Although a receipt of postage/parcel number will be obtained, once an item has left the UK Royal Mail it is not guaranteed that we can trace an item.
- We can only guarantee delivery on a specific day if the 'Special Delivery' option is chosen. Delivery can only be guaranteed on a working day (Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm) For Saturday guaranteed delivery, Royal Mail charge an extra £3.00 on top of their Special Delivery charge, and the parcel has to be posted on a Friday . If you require a specific delivery date please note this on the 'additional notes' section of the checkout page or contact us in the normal way.
- We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside of our control.
- A parcel is not deemed missing or lost unless 15 working days has past. We do not issue refunds or replacement of goods unless 15 working days has past. After this time we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replace your lost goods.
- If requested, upon dispatch of your order an e-mail confirming your Royal Mail parcel number will be sent to enable you to track delivery via www.royalmail.com.
We want you to be happy and love your Sasso purchase, which is why we operate an 'if you don't love your Sasso, send them back' policy. This means you can return items for a full refund.
We understand how difficult it can be to buy from the internet, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED (SHORTENED/LENGTHENED ETC) TO THE CUSTOMER’S OWN SPECIFICATIONS MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE MADE TO ORDER OR MADE TO MEASURE ARE NON-RETURNABLE HOWEVER WE MAY EXCHANGE THESE ITEMS AT OUR DISCRECTION.
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you are returning items for a refund, and returns must be sent unworn, in the same perfect condition that they were sent in with all relevant packaging and tags still attached. Returns which are post marked outside of the 14 days returns period may be accepted for exchange or refund at the discretion of Sasso.
Sasso will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Our decision is final as to whether or not products are deemed unworn and have been returned in perfect condition.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes applicable on your items will NOT be refunded and that the customer is liable for paying these charges.
